Museum of the Fur Trade
See the history of the first business in North America, including goods traded to the Indians, the largest collection of North West guns, textiles, beads, knives, and much more. The museum grounds include the Brodeaux Trading Post and heirloom Indian garden. The Museum Shop has over 1,000 book titles, American Indian made jewelry, and antiques. It is located three miles east of Chadron, Nebraska, on US Highway 20. Admission $5 for adults, children under 18 free.
