SPEAK OUT meetings will be held the first Thursday of the month, at Grace Episcopal Church, 450 Bordeaux St. in Chadron, from seven to eight-thirty pm. Child care is now offering to those attend. Meetings in Gordon are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 106 N. Main. SPEAK OUT is a support group for parents of children with emotional, mental and / or behavioral disabilities.
