Entry to the car wash site will be available from Chadron Avenue if construction work impedes access from Third Street (Highway 20).\n\n\n\nCHS Interact is a service club for young adults aged 12-18\, sponsored by the Chadron Rotary Club. Rotary is the largest service organization in the world with 1.2 million members in 200 countries and geographic regions.
