DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Harvest Moon Scarecrow Contest from September 20th - October 2nd. Please put your scarecrow up in a visible location of your business or residence\, fill out the registration form and include the $10 registration fee and deliver your scarecrow at Dawes County Fair Grounds by 7pm on Friday October 1st for check in. Judging will take place the following day during the Harvest Moon event. Voting will be open until 3pm\, followed by announcement of our WINNER!
