Truck or Treat

Join the Chadron Kiwanis for Trunk or Treat! Businesses and Organizations will be available for trick or treating. Plus there is a costume contest with categories for ages 5 and under, 6-9, 10-12, as well as 13 and over. There will be prizes for first in each age group and the best family or group! See you there for a spooktacular time!
